Exceptional service start to finish + setting and facilities to match. Dinner and breakfast experience were both divine. Cocktails were both unique and exquisite. We were only there 1 night to break up a longer journey, but intend to stay longer next time to enjoy the experiences they offer i.e. skiing, snow mobile excursions etc. Bonus = best gym I've seen in a hotel.

A recently renovated campground located in Gällivare, Piilijärvi Camping features a shared lounge. Piilijärvi was nestled beautifully in the woods and next to a lake. The cabin was well equipped and comfortable, and would have suited us for a longer exploration of the area.

Located by Mount Luossavaara, Malmfältens Folkhögskola offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi and a TV. All guests have access to a shared kitchen and lounge. It was a lovely experience. You could borrow sledges or games from the reception for free. Restaurant had a buffet and unlimited drinks/dessert with every meal. Super nice. Would recommend it!
