Exceptional service start to finish + setting and facilities to match. Dinner and breakfast experience were both divine. Cocktails were both unique and exquisite. We were only there 1 night to break up a longer journey, but intend to stay longer next time to enjoy the experiences they offer i.e. skiing, snow mobile excursions etc. Bonus = best gym I've seen in a hotel.

Surrounded by mountain nature, Camp Ripan is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre. It offers free WiFi, in-room flat-screen TVs and traditional, seasonal Swedish and Sami food. We booked one of the chalets. It was very quiet and peaceful there. We loved the breakfast with a huge selection of healthy and fresh food. For the vegans out there - in Camp Ripan you will not starve! 😅

Communal spaces were clean with quite well equipped kitchen. Sauna was great and lake was good for swimming. Location next to the main road is very useful.

This guest house is in the centre of Abisko and next to Abisko National Park. Depending on the season, the midnight sun and the Northern Lights can be viewed from the property and surrounding area. Easy to get to the accommodation, reception was helpful with the check-in and directing to nearby places. The facility itself has a nice dedicated kitchen and living area to eat food or just gaze out the window.

Located by Mount Luossavaara, Malmfältens Folkhögskola offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi and a TV. All guests have access to a shared kitchen and lounge. Because the room we'd originally booked hadn't been cleaned, we were allotted a bigger room - actually a small apartment - as there were no other rooms available. This was done immediately, without any quibbling - we were very impressed that we were not just asked to wait while the original room was cleaned. As we ended up staying at the Folkhogskola for 5 days instead of 2 (because of train cancellations) we very much appreciated this - the apartment was particularly good value. It was warm, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The location is very quiet, and the reception staff were always very helpful, too. There's also a room next to the reception where you can leave your luggage. We had time to explore the local area (away from the town) and found some lovely walks.

Situated in central Gällivare, Scandic Gällivare is 7 minutes' walk from Gällivare Train Station. Free use of the indoor pool and free WiFi access. The gym and pool are great The food is very good
