The breakfast each morning was a royal feast, with fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies presented with care and warmth. But what truly sets Hotel Amanda apart is the service. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored friends. Thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind — it’s rare to feel so seen and so welcome. Hayata Hotel is located in Hengchun South Gate, 5.1 miles from Maobitou Park and 6.8 miles from Kenting Night Market. Great sunset view on the rooftop 🫶🏻 impressive and quiet hotel in remote area with spacious room and new furniture. Yummy breakfast set, portion of each elements in the set was probably well calculated, but for us was a bit small 😂 as we have big appetite. Facility, room, services were reasonable and justifying the price, which was not cheap, but probably best choice in the area, and we did have a good night rest. If I come back to this town, would surely consider to stay here again 😊

Just a 7-minute walk from Hengchun Old Twon South Gate and half a mile from Hengchun Old Town West Gate, HUA B&B features accommodations in Hengchun South Gate, with a shared lounge. This place is very nice: the room I got with the patio was very large, clean and comfortable and the patio for the room that includes it is massive. They also have a washer on every floor, and a dryer on every other floor (I didn’t know this initially, but there was one on the floor above me). The staff here is also very patient and nice despite the language barrier. They offered me a free ride to the bus station and gave me a refund for days I didn’t order the breakfast.

Big sister Lin drove me four hours around the island covering the top attractions more than I planned. I truly felt traveling like a local and enjoyed chatting with Miss Lin.

Amazing place on a hill overlooking the southern part of the island, spacious, very clean and comfortable house. Beautiful wooden furniture, every detail thought out. There was an excellent breakfast made from local ingredients. Staff was very helpful in every way, the owner drove us to the restaurant the first night, we did not have a car yet. Honestly, one of our best stays abroad!
