The pool was a sparkling oasis, especially in the golden glow of the afternoon sun. We spent hours there, floating under the sky and forgetting the outside world. The breakfast each morning was a royal feast, with fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies presented with care and warmth. But what truly sets Hotel Amanda apart is the service. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored friends. Thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind — it’s rare to feel so seen and so welcome. Beautiful views over both the harbour and the ocean. Everything is brand new and sparking clean. The staff are amazing. Loved the complimentary afternoon tea, fruit and cake. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Would love to return.

Hayata Hotel is located in Hengchun South Gate, 5.1 miles from Maobitou Park and 6.8 miles from Kenting Night Market. Great sunset view on the rooftop 🫶🏻 impressive and quiet hotel in remote area with spacious room and new furniture. Yummy breakfast set, portion of each elements in the set was probably well calculated, but for us was a bit small 😂 as we have big appetite. Facility, room, services were reasonable and justifying the price, which was not cheap, but probably best choice in the area, and we did have a good night rest. If I come back to this town, would surely consider to stay here again 😊

The property was super clean and modern. One big point to mention is the host/owner, she made sure that our stay was perfect, she was so sweet and always ready to help. She definitely made the stay extra special so 5 stars to her for sure.

Little Piggy B&B offers accommodations in Manzhou, a 2-minute walk from Xinghaiwan Beach and 4.7 miles from Chuanfan Rock. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The host was so nice and gave us good tips. She wasn’t interested in making money but in making sure we had a good time

Just a 7-minute walk from Hengchun Old Twon South Gate and half a mile from Hengchun Old Town West Gate, HUA B&B features accommodations in Hengchun South Gate, with a shared lounge. This place is very nice: the room I got with the patio was very large, clean and comfortable and the patio for the room that includes it is massive. They also have a washer on every floor, and a dryer on every other floor (I didn’t know this initially, but there was one on the floor above me). The staff here is also very patient and nice despite the language barrier. They offered me a free ride to the bus station and gave me a refund for days I didn’t order the breakfast.

Miss Lin sisters run the He Sen Hotel and provide in-house car rental services on arrival, that made huge difference for my leisure in Ken Ding. Big sister Lin drove me four hours around the island covering the top attractions more than I planned. I truly felt traveling like a local and enjoyed chatting with Miss Lin.
