Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Their staff were very friendly, thoughtful & helpful. Always with a bright smile. Service was excellent!!!Thankful and lucky for the free upgrade of room. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back if I visit Yilan again. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy!! There are free snacks and drinks too. Rooms slipper are SUPER comfy, it is made in good quality. Close to 7-11 and other stores. Few mins of walking distance. Nearby bus stations too!

Also walking through the rice fields to the park is pleasant. Hostel owner is very friendly and tried his best effort to make guests feel comfortable. It's a startup hostel, so it's new and welcome guests.
