The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable and the bed was great and very big. The rooftop bar is a great place to see the sunset. We had some trouble with a tour we booked through Get Your Guide, and the staff was incredible at helping us book another, at 8PM for the next day. Very grateful, specially to Thomas and Kai. The breakfast was delicious too.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay. The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel is located in Hanoi's Old Quarter Area and within 1-minute walk to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. My experience at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The place looks exactly like the photos—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Daily housekeeping was done promptly, and everything was kept in perfect order throughout my stay. I arrived very late (around 3 a.m.) and was welcomed with genuine kindness and consideration, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff consistently went above and beyond, offering warm, helpful service at all times. Breakfast was generous and diverse, with a great selection of food. The fresh fruits and natural juices were especially delicious—a real highlight of the morning. What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and guest comfort. On check-out day, they offer free luggage storage and even allow you to take a shower before heading to the airport—such a thoughtful and practical gesture, especially for late flights. I would highly recommend this place to solo travelers, families, and couples alike. It’s incredibly comfortable, perfectly located, and run by people who genuinely care about making your stay the best it can be. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel is situated in the Hoan Kiem district in Hanoi, 500 metres from Dong Xuan Market and 600 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral. Guests can enjoy the on-site snack bar. A gorgeous hotel in the heart of Hanoi old quater, the staff Lily, Anna, Jasmine and Rose are so incredibly kind and helpful, and able to organize anything and recommend activities nearby. The rooms are lovely and very clean and the breakfast is delicious. This is my second time staying here and definitely won't be the last, highly recommend!
