We had the green which is not directly on the bay, but with a little bit of imagination it would be Bay View. To be honest, it is not Sea View. Accommodation is spacious, with two bedrooms on the topfloor. Ground level is spacious and kitchen well equiped. Laundry machine is a plus. Would come again.

The accomodation has an in-room spa bath which was wonderful after walking around Port Arthur all day. Lovely set up with kitchen and comfy couches and good TV. Well set out property cleverly designed to give all guests a feeling of privacy with nice gardens surrounding the accommodation. Past the owners accom there's a lovely grassed area with some seats that backs down to the water. We had a blackout happen while we were there and the host was very friendly in keeping us informed, giving us bottled water and making sure we were ok. It didn't last long in the end but we appreciated how friendly and helpful our host was.
