We did very much enjoy this hotel! It was clean and very comfortable. All of the staff were very greeting but especially the man at the reception! He informed us about the farmers market, made sure we got parking and showed us where to find utensils.

Terrific level of service from all staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Resort was clean and well maintained The Golf course is a challenging, but playable layout with awesome vistas The 19th Hole Grill was perfect for pub-style food and beverage.

Definitely the best place to stay in Cranbrook. Comfier than any of the “nice” hotels I’ve stayed at. Probably cleaner too… Always quiet. 10/10.
