Big grocery store on the ground floor.
Train station is 4 minutes walk.
Other shops are nearby.
Beautiful lake is 10 minutes walk.
A good base if you want to see Zurich in the north and Luzern in the south.
Florian is a great host. He sorted the wifi as quick as he can as there was something wrong with the connection when we checked in. Such a nice gesture to welcome the guests with chocolate. Shame that we can't enjoy the wine as we don't drink. Had a lovely stay.

Staff was very friendly..very clean and great location on Lake Zug. Would definitely stay at this Hotel again. Accessible to the water, walking path around the lake.

The hotel is four star: linen table cloths, excellent restaurant and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Location is superb. I had a single room with a wonderful view of the lake. Unlike single rooms in other hotels, there was sufficient room without being claustrophobic as single rooms often are. Would recommend this hotel to single travellers and I noticed that there were a number of solo women travellers. Zug is a lovely place to stay.

Location of apartment probably is the best in Zug. Very central with easy access to all touristic places. Literally 1 minute from the see promenade.
Perfect check-in and staying instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy. Highly recommend while staying in Zug.

everything was simple, perfect and seamless. Florian (the owner) had sent check-in and check-out instructions per email and was available on whatsapp for any questions during the stay. Florian had been extremely accomodating.
