The rooms were big and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time staying there. The driver who they recommended to bring us around the city was very punctual and helpful.

    Hotel is very convenient, located at the front of subway station. Travel in Luoyang some places used taxi is better and hotel staffs can give you and excellent service about this. The place is very cosy and clean, every basis things hotel all provide for you. I highly recommend to stay with Holiday Inn, so impressive especially staff's services.

    The hotel has very modern finished with a very relax ambience . Rooms are big n clean. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was awesome, great variety of local food and western, bean coffee etc One of the top hotel in Luoyang. Really enjoyed my stay at Luoyang.

    Comfortable setting. Location is close to fast train station. The concierge staff, Mr Tim Zhang, was very helpful with my stay in Luoyang.

    As with any Holiday Inn Express the hotel lacks character, but is in a good location with easy access by taxi to the train station, grottoes and the old town. Also there is a nice mall a short walk away and a fountain light show 3 days a week. Superior King room (was same price as Standard Queen) was actually quite nice and spacious. Disappointing though that there is no fridge in the room (seriously?). Breakfast was included and although simple a good enough to start the day.

    Location is perfect, breakfast is very good.Room is clean and comfy and one thing is the most good about it hotel-no smell of cigarettes in the room, that is sooo good for Chinese hotels)wonderful place to stay in Luoyang
