Accommodation in Mindelo

Beautiful new luxury hotel with extremely friendly local staff

Wish I could rate this wonderful staff 11 Thank you for the stay

Everything perfect, comfy beds, good breakfast great location

Amazing location! Great value for money. Extremely friendly staff - thank you for all your help! This is top pick for this price. I would recommend 100%!

Nice place above one of the classic Mindelo places.

Very warm welcome at the reception desk, professional check-in process. Beautiful, large, clean, well-equipped room with a very comfortable double bed. Beautiful, large balcony with (partially) fantastic sea views. (Which would be even more fantastic without this unnecessarily new, huge hotel complex! ;-)) Great location, right next to the wonderful "Praia Da Laginha" beach. Several very good restaurants are within easy walking distance. Mindelo city centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or very quickly by local buses. Good breakfast, including many local delicacies, in the nice breakfast room with an outdoor area.

Huge and very clean room, excellent staff at reception-very kind and very helpful with luggage, transfer, nice breakfast

Excellent location near the beach. Bus stop very near, so a 5-7 minute ride to the city center or less to the marina, both also very walkable (15-20 minutes)  Clean spaces, both the room and bathroom are impeccable. Towels and even beach towels provided. The room has a water cooker, coffee and tea etc, which is very convenient. But you can also use the kitchen (and fridge) if you like. Furthermore the room has a small table/desk with chairs and a (sunnny) balcony. So perfect if you want to work remote or have a nice quite start of the day and read/write etc. The host/Tommaso helped me plan my trip to Santo Antão and I able to leave some of my luggage👌🏽 Supermarkt downstairs can exchange euro for a good rate. Btw Oscar is the name of the cat 😺 not the owner/host. He usually keeps to his own quarter, but every now and then he wants to explore a bit. You share a large appartment with the friendly and helpful owner, you have your own bathroom and room, so everything is great.

very clean, good spot, very friendly staff

The location is very convenient to visit Mindelo by foot and even the very nice Laghina beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast buffet to start the day.

The breakfast was delicious and every day something else. They even gave us some food to go on one day when we had to leave early. The room was nice, clean and simple. All staff was very friendly.

Lina was a great host, she helped us out wherever she could, washing my sons clothes, storing our luggage, helping with tickets, really great! We had a room with 2 separate bedrooms, which was also really nice. Great rooftop terrace and great breakfast!

The accommodation is super clean, well located just few minutes away walking from port and city centre. The staff was great, very informative and kind. I would definitely come back!

Incredible hostess, great view, nice dreams.

it was really nice i enjoyed my night here, a big residence

Centrally located. Easy to access. Very spacious and clean. Well equipped, even though we did not cook. The hosts were really nice and attentive.

Everything was perfectly enjoyable. Got all the help we needed to plan our trip on, booking rooms, transport and got lots of great advice. Very interesting conversations with the charming and quite remarkable owner.

Absolutely fantastic! The T1 Ferias apartment in Mindelo was everything we could have hoped for and more. It’s spacious, beautifully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared with everything you might need: a washing machine, an upper terrace perfect for drying clothes, a full range of cleaning supplies, coffee capsules, a water purifier, and fresh water readily available. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a perfect stay—highly recommended!

Clere prepared the apartment just like I needed. She is very friendly and accommodating! She gave me a lot of useful information. The place is spotlessly clean, very close to the centre yet quiet. I loved my stay here! Thank you so much, Clere!

Location, friendly host, well equipped and newly renovated.
