We had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host before hand was great and the apartment is decorated and furnished beautifully, it felt really cozy. The little touches, such as drinks, cereal, little chocolates and coffee pods made it even better. I will definitely be booking again when I need to come to Dover!

Fantastic apartment in Dover. We stayed here while waiting to swim the English Channel. We were a group of 4 people (1 couple, 2 singles), while there are only 2 bedrooms, John provided a fold out bed that we put in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms very comfortable, everything very clean. We were the first guests to stay longer than 2-4 nights, so there was a bit of a learning curve. But John changed the sheets and towels mid way through the stay which was much appreciated. The property is close to the centre and a walkable distance from most main attractions. We did have a car, and the free car parking is a big big plus. John & Gina were incredibly nice and respectful hosts

I was contacted by the hotel 48 hours before my stay cancelling my booking. The cited parts of the hotel were closed. A friend attended the hotel that evening and was told the hotel was fully open. They had clearly overbooked and leaving it so late to inform me made it really difficult to find an alternate hotel at a comparable rate. Very disappointed and I will think twice about booking Holiday Inn again!

My last overnight stop from my vacation to catch the first ferry in the morning. The guest house is 10 minutes from the ferry so it is very convenient for travelers. The host Maria is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The room (7) is very cozy, quiet and the accommodation including the shower is very clean. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed Best Western Premiere. The accommodations were wonderful and the location could not have been better. All staff were fun and efficient. Fish and Chips at Mr. White's is a must! We enjoyed being able to just get out and walk the wharf and all along the Cliffs. Wonderful experience. Even in the pouring rain!
