This property is stunning. Beautiful inside and out. The views over the hills and down to the sea are superb. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the town of Lefkes. It was such a pleasure to stay here. We will be back. Thank you, Claudio for your help and directions in finding the beginning of the Byzantine Road.

The location is amazing. Just next to a small little beach where the hotel have their own sunbeds and and it is completely calm and quiet but only a 5-7min easy walk from all the great restaurants and nightlife in Naoussa.

The staff were all so helpful and welcoming we could not have navigated around without their help ! Super grateful for Esmeralda helping us book a car and giving us some recommendations for around the island. The room was also super clean and had an amazing view. Our stay at Ocean View Parikia was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was exactly as described – simply stunning. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for exploring Parikia. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. From booking to check-out, everything went smoothly. The host provided us with valuable tips and was always available to answer questions or offer assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Particularly noteworthy is that the room was even cleaned during our stay, which further enhanced the comfort. I especially enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere that makes this place so special. The proximity to local restaurants and shops was also a big plus. I highly recommend Ocean View Parikia to anyone looking to have an unforgettable stay in Paros. It was an absolute gem. Its prime location near the beach and port is a dream for beach lovers and sea enthusiasts. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, ensuring a delightful experience throughout my stay. The room was a standout feature, with a modern and beautiful design that felt refreshingly new. The air conditioning provided a comfortable respite from the coastal heat. Plus, the icing on the cake was the pleasant surprise of a pool with a view. From the terrace, I could catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The property was not inside the village making parking a lot easier and it was quiet during the night. The temperature was lower than the places closer to the beach, you could really feel the difference and it was a more refreshing feeling staying over there. Not even needed the air condition. Very nice sunrise view for the early birds.

Beautiful location and Villa, the pictures don’t do it justice! Eco friendly house, amazing view, very clean, fully accessorized including the kitchen and laundry machine. The kids loved the pool! We would love to come again for a longer stay. Be sure to rent a car, the Villa is secluded on a mountain, must have a car to go to Lefkes or anywhere else.

Antonis and Despina were exceptional hosts. Our stay was lovely and being in the center of the old capitol of Paros was amazing. We were 15 min away from Naoussa and Golden Beach by car.
