Staff were friendly, especially the front desk. Offered to assist booking taxis etc. Pool looked good (didn't enter as was full when I visited), and golf course looked great (also didn't sample due to work commitments).

Room was good. Facilities in room good. Bed was good. Staff were good. Breakfast was delivered to room, but very early with no warning! Ideal for ferry to Sumatra. The mall is doing lots of renovations, so doesn't have much going on.
