The room is quite big and cozy, I love it because there's a sofa and it's really pretty rare in this town. The staff are really humble and helpful. The entertainment on TV is two thumbs up, we got Netflix and everything. But the room isn't really clean There's a web spider and dust in the mini table beside the bed. Other than that everything is great. Definitely gonna stay for next time.

Hotel design is thoughtful. Room size and interior design were calming and relaxing. Carpet alley combined with beautiful pictures are my favorite, they were delightful. Lighting also adding a warm mood but not too dimmed, it was pleasant! Bathroom is function well; water heater, basin drainage, shower drainage no clog. I am happy. Also AC is all well, no smell coming out, this is important. Bed and pillow are unexpectedly comfy, I slept well everytime. Staff services are provided so well. From concierge, restaurant, house keepers, laundry, room service, also some help/tips on front doors are useful. Plus the free newspapers. Laundry results are excellent. Room service food also good, except on the chicken wings (sorry). Lastly, we got towel origami from the housekeeping, it was heartwarming. Thank you so much!
