Nice location, very friendly staff and top class facilities . Any day recommended. Head chef Arun's feast was the most memorable part of our stay. Really enjoyed his co and he introduced his team. He recommended special dishes and it was in deed very delicious. If you wana enjoy fish nirvana this is the place and Arun is your man!!!. Special mention to pool staff too. Exceptional stay at leela. Houseboat trip followed by high tea will make your evenings much brighter

We stayed for 3 nights and I think if you are looking for a relaxed vacation with kids, you will love this property. Almost every room / villa has a view of the lake. Loved the kitchen service , chef Ashok is brilliant. Every meal was prepared with love. Loved the front desk staff, courteous and always eager to help We were provided a villa (upgraded) much before check in time as we were travelling with a 13 month old. Loved the gesture by GM- prepared a cake for us to cut before check out. The cleaning lady was super efficient, always smiling. everyday our sheets were replaced, floor was mopped. We took the resorts car which was a tad expensive but was super comfortable. Mr Vijay took care of us really well, efficient driver , took us to all the local spots.

The property location on the banks of Ashtamudhi lake was simply superb. Nature friendly resort with lot of faunas to explore during the stay. Everything was blended into kerala's unique cultural heritage. Staff was very polite and eager to serve.

The food was excellent!. Staff were generally courteous. Nothing else to like about. The establishment feels more like a ' Common INN' rather than a resort. Everything feels rushed and the staff is not bothered about asking the guest about the stay or anything else. Bottom line is the establishment does not live up to the Leela brand standards. Recommend to skip this Leela product in Kollam.

We had confirmed our stay 4 days back.. but when we reached the hotel we were told that no rooms are available and they started making silly excuses for that ... We had to search for another stay in the middle of the night..
