Everything was perfect! The host, Mr. Joseph, arranged my 11 pick up from the airport. Breakfast was served every day by the lake, a few feet from my cottage. Staff were friendly & attentive. The quiet was blissful.

Everything about it. Staff/Cook were all very accomodating, polite and sweet. We were well informed about which route to take. The premises and the stay was perfect blend of resort and home stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The Canoe boating from right outside the gate of the resort was a truly amazing experience. Would recommend this resort for any type of group or solo for any number of days! The food we had for dinner and breakfast were delicious 😍

The property location on the banks of Ashtamudhi lake was simply superb. Nature friendly resort with lot of faunas to explore during the stay. Everything was blended into kerala's unique cultural heritage. Staff was very polite and eager to serve.

The food was excellent!. Staff were generally courteous. Nothing else to like about. The establishment feels more like a ' Common INN' rather than a resort. Everything feels rushed and the staff is not bothered about asking the guest about the stay or anything else. Bottom line is the establishment does not live up to the Leela brand standards. Recommend to skip this Leela product in Kollam.

We had confirmed our stay 4 days back.. but when we reached the hotel we were told that no rooms are available and they started making silly excuses for that ... We had to search for another stay in the middle of the night..

The hotel is built to exceptional standards and offers luxury accommodation at a very reasonable price. Kollam isn’t really on the tourist trail apart for its own backwaters that rival Alleppey so most people who stay at the hotel are Indian tourists or businessmen but I was treated with courtesy and respect, the food offered was excellent and the staff helpful

I had such a lovely time at the homestay! The accommodation itself is of a high standard. The provided food was all incredible ! (Lunch portions are massive) I was able to do a sunrise boat trip, was shown around the island and also did kayaking on Munroe Island. As other reviews mention it is literally an island that is only reachable by boat so just be mindful of any amenities you may need to buy beforehand. You can always ask to be taken to Munroe Island otherwise. The host is very hospitable and honestly it was so nice to have downtime.
