We spent three nights in this apartment and couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. Andrea, the host, went above and beyond to make our visit special-truly the best host we’ve ever had. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect-just a 3 minute walk from the center and all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s preferences, including lactose-free and gluten-free choices. Each morning, fresh homemade pastries were served, which was such a lovely touch. This was genuinely one of the most pleasant apartment stays we’ve ever had, and we absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Andrea!

The apartment is neat and clean, cleaned daily with towel changes. Everything looks new. It has a minimalist style, but you'll find everything you need: a wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a TV, good Wi-Fi, and small tables. The bathroom is just as it should be, with gel/shampoo and a hair dryer available. Small details like glasses or a bottle opener were missing, but I don't consider this a downside – the host provided them upon my request. Outside the building, you'll find a private table and two chairs in a shaded area. It is close to the historical city center (5 minutes on foot), and you can walk to the train station (about 20 minutes). A small Italian-style breakfast is served at a nearby bar where you can enjoy a good cappuccino and a nice pasticciotto or a filled croissant. The host is very friendly and communicative. He tried to help us with every matter and even picked us up from the train station. Good value for money.

I liked everything about this place, but specially the host. They were very nice and very kind. They offered the coffee at any time of the day, and we get to know them more, they were available, helpful, all perfect. Little cats are so cute! The garden was lovely.

We had three of the four apartments. Lovely private garden to relax in and to enjoy the excellent breakfast. Located bang in old historic centre. Staff welcome friendly, good communications throughout. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Easy to walk anywhere in Otranto. We parked about 10-15 min walk away (paid for 10 euros for 24 hours). Can't fault this place, we all enjoyed our stay and was highlight of a week in Puglia.

We liked the modern furnished room with the terrace and beautiful surroundings. The nice gesture at our arrival was that the owner (daughter) offered as an aperitif and she also gave us small presents (home-made bread - something like rolled grissini). The owners did not speak English, but the friend of the daughter arrived and helped with the translation. They also helped us a lot to find the premises (since we had some problems with the car navigation).
