We spent three nights in this apartment and couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. Andrea, the host, went above and beyond to make our visit special-truly the best host we’ve ever had. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect-just a 3 minute walk from the center and all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s preferences, including lactose-free and gluten-free choices. Each morning, fresh homemade pastries were served, which was such a lovely touch. This was genuinely one of the most pleasant apartment stays we’ve ever had, and we absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Andrea!

The apartment is neat and clean, cleaned daily with towel changes. Everything looks new. It has a minimalist style, but you'll find everything you need: a wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a TV, good Wi-Fi, and small tables. The bathroom is just as it should be, with gel/shampoo and a hair dryer available. Small details like glasses or a bottle opener were missing, but I don't consider this a downside – the host provided them upon my request. Outside the building, you'll find a private table and two chairs in a shaded area. It is close to the historical city center (5 minutes on foot), and you can walk to the train station (about 20 minutes). A small Italian-style breakfast is served at a nearby bar where you can enjoy a good cappuccino and a nice pasticciotto or a filled croissant. The host is very friendly and communicative. He tried to help us with every matter and even picked us up from the train station. Good value for money.

I liked everything about this place, but specially the host. They were very nice and very kind. They offered the coffee at any time of the day, and we get to know them more, they were available, helpful, all perfect. Little cats are so cute! The garden was lovely.

It was in a great location right beside the sea and the centre in a very pretty freshly renovated building. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, blackout shutters and a really excellent shower in the bathroom. It was very peaceful. Laura was very helpful allowing us a late checkout. We hope to return soon

Our stay was a wonderful experience! The whole family works at the resort and they were so kind, welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful that we felt right at home. We took a cooking course one afternoon and it was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. We learned to make typical rustica pizza and 3 different types of pasta. There was a lot of smiling and laughter in a beautiful setting. Food was delicious at breakfast and dinner, made from products produced on their farm. Fresh, homestyle cooking with excellent flavor and high quality, local ingredients. We enjoyed the family feeling and how personal our experience was.

We liked very much our staying here! Gianluca was a great host, the room was very big and clean and it was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious. The parking is also a great advantage. Thou the property it's not in town, the location is very close to Otranto by car, at about 8 minutes. We would definitely chose this location again next time.
