Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional. The host Giacomo was amazing—kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my experience seamless. He personally took care of my parking and managed the restricted street access, gave me instructions prior and I had a delay and the airport. and waited for me. which made everything so much easier. Giacomo even helped me with my luggage both in the evening and the morning, which I really appreciated. The restaurant Pomiroeu at the hotel is phenomenal—honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Very good service; From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! Definitely The best restaurant in Italy. My flight canceled. And they ware booked. But I came back to the area just to take another dinner.

Clean studio with a big clean bathroom. The kitchen is equiped with good quality cooking utensils. The coffee maker is a great add and the breakfast option was very helpful. The staff is very helpful we asked for an iron and they brought it within 15 minutes. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The shower is perfect everything just worked perfectly. There is a beautiful restaurant across the street, there is a big prix grocery store around the corner. The train station is close and bus stops too.

We booked for our employees during design week and they kindly upgraded them to a suite which was amazing. We also had a change in our own hotel plans and Aurora was able to accomodate us. Th front desk staff is top notch!

Everything went very very well. Already at check in I felt the warm atmosphere and the overall friendliness. Lunch at the restaurant was asome. Food selection and the service. The bar and Dinner added again to this. Thanks to Rebecca and other members of the restaurant team. A place where i like to come back any given time.
