I really like the guest house experience, which sets it apart from cheap hotels and apartments. As a solo traveler, I was welcomed and introduced to Kesennuma warmly. I will come back if I’m in the area!

We reserved a room with a view of the harbor and we were not disappointed; the view was awesome! Our spacious corner room was awesome!! The main bedroom had a comfortable seating area where you could relax and read or watch TV. There was another separate room for sleeping and a separate bathroom. In addition to being very nice, it was also very comfortable. The onsens were just as awesome, as was the dinner and breakfast. This is a great place to stay and if we are ever in Kesnnuma again we will stay here!

Baths were great!! Breakfast was good!! Opened early when we needed it. Great service on an extremely busy day, too. Easy to access and parking available.

The staff spoke english and were very friendly. Very quiet place. My window view of the mountains and houses was like a painting. Went up to the shrine about a minute away from the hotel and the staff there were also very friendly. They even gave me free food
