Clean, comfortable, and very kind staff. The landlady ran all the way to the train station to give us a battery one of our group forgot. We were very thankful!

Although a bit dated, this is reflected in a suitable price. Great location, 2 minutes from station and has sea views. Bathroom area and toilets all clean and bath has view to see. Friendly older guy at checkin. No restaurant but convenience store round the corner and necessary facilities for heating food or making hot drinks and washing clothes. Enjoyed staying here, kind of unique, but if you are fussy then suggest you choose the Marriott further away.

Our room was comfortable, quiet, and immaculately clean. The staff were warm and very helpful. Finally, the food was simply amazing, a 10/10 experience. Fresh, varied, well arranged, and extremely delicious. It was a welcome surprise during our walk on the Kumano Kodo.

The house is in a nice little town close to the water. It's an old house that has been partially renovated and downstairs is still a bit rough but it was very clean and warm. We stayed for 3 days and the weather outside was so windy that the house shook but it was warm and comfortable inside. Don't go expecting a new house as some of it is very tired but it has easy parking, views of the ocean from the double bed upstairs and plenty of room for a family. There's a good supermarket near by and the price we paid for 3 days accommodation was very good value.

Perfectly located for a Komono Kodo walk on the Ohechi section. Washing machine available which was a bonus. Plenty of space for a larger group if needed. Facilities are good for cooking a nice meal. The grocery store is quite close. The owner left us some fresh eggs to enjoy, which we very much enjoyed for breakfast.

We loved everything! The house is very special, a member of an ecology program, they have a clean water , huge space of the rooms, nice breakfast. Food can be delivered to the room. Staff is so nice! Thank you so much for everything
