The location of the hotel was magnificent. The room overlooked the fjord directly. The hotel's restaurant was right by the fjord. The door of our room opened directly onto the fjord. (It was the only room where the door opened directly onto the fjord. However, all other rooms have balconies with magnificent views.) The staff were very polite and attentive. The room was very spacious. The toilet and bathroom were separate and very convenient. There was a coffee machine in the room. They offer private parking service to customers. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It's truly an amazing hotel. We were pleased with everything. We would like to stay here again next time.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean – everything felt luxurious and high-quality. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We stayed with our dog, and the hotel was perfectly prepared for that. They provided a dog bed and bowls, and we had a room with direct access to the garden. Please note that dogs are only allowed in ground-floor rooms, so it’s important to inform the hotel in advance to make sure one of these rooms is available. It was perfect – our dog loved it and could go outside every morning right from the room. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the harbor with large ships, and the area around the hotel offered plenty of hiking opportunities and beautiful nature. Overall, a 100% experience – both the hotel and its location. A bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it. Perfect stay, especially if you’re traveling with a dog!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a stay in Flam. Given that the village is small and restaurants close early, the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your own meals. The location is fantastic, situated right in front of the little port where the Fjord cruises begin. I highly recommend this apartment!

Location is picture perfect. Rooms are small but manageable. Chef specially prepared vegan dinner for us on our request and it was too yummy. Freshly made Breakfast was also very good. There were games and unlimited coffee available all the time. Overall a bit expensive provided the season we chose but we were satisfied with our stay.

We had 3 very enjoyable nights staying there. Super-quiet and peaceful with very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. Very clean, spacious and well equipped accommodation. Lovely terrace outside with gorgeous views. Would definitely recommend.

It’s the accommodation with the best view to the Fjord, better than other hotels even as it’s right by the water. The view is great directly from the room. Everything is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. There were three shower rooms and one was always available during our stay so that was great. WiFi was good also. I would recommend.

This was a wonderful holiday home. Super comfortable and cozy in a fantastic location. The garden was well kept and a lovely place for the children to play (there are even some outdoor toys) - the children really enjoyed waving at the passing trains. The kitchen was really well equipped with a few pantry items stocked (salt, pepper a few herbs, ketchup etc) We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Amazing location near the centre of Flåm but away from the tourist crowds. From the windows and front porch the view is simply stunning, with a waterfall, small river, gorgeous mountains and plenty of baby sheep. Perfect for a relaxing evening or morning after exploring the area! The whole accommodation is sparkling clean and has pretty much everything you would need. The owner is also always available and responsive if you ever have a question or an issue. We instantly felt at home and would 100% stay there again!

The view was brilliant, the location was a pleasant surprise and accommodation was totally terrific. Worth noting the location of the office is not the location of the hostel. We received a message on the day with an address of a nearby house share. We stayed one night, spent the evening at Ægir Brewpub and had a fantastic time.

What an outstanding location with wonderful staff - the perfect place to stay a night with wonderful views, great meals and comfortable accommodation. I could not ask for a friendlier welcome, and proactive communication about our arrival. This will be one of my bucket list places to return to in the future!

Quiet location and the local piglets that came to say hello. But little else because the quality of the property is so vastly below the scandalous price being charged (gouging during peak holiday period when there is little to no choice if you have to stay in Flåm). Perhaps that is supply and demand but we found later that day that rooms opened up in the best hotel in town for way less than this simple accommodation.
