It was very nice place, there was an internal yard where you could park the car. The interior design was mint, there was a heated floor in my room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sevanta! I contacted the owner in advance to arrange a birthday surprise for my wife, and he exceeded all expectations. When we arrived, the apartment was filled with balloons and 'Happy Birthday' lettering — my wife was so surprised and happy! The apartment itself was spotless, neat, and very cozy. Even though the weather was cold, snowy, and windy, we stayed perfectly warm because the heaters and hot water worked excellently. The 'first line' lake view is stunning; we loved watching the Nirok birds (diving ducks) right from the window. To top it off, the owner was a true professional and even drove us to the city center to catch our bus when we checked out. Oh, and the little dog outside was a delightful, friendly bonus! Highly recommended for both the views and the hospitality. Merci for everything once again!!

This place deserves a solid 10! Brand new, or at least that's what it felt like. 3 rooms per floor with 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a common area, so it felt pretty luxurious for the price I paid 😀 Room was big enough with a comfy bed. Super hot shower, great kitchen, and free laundry. The owners speak English and they're super duper nice and very accommodating. 2 min walk from bus station, and close to shops, gym etc Best place I stayed at in Armenia for sure!
