The staff was always thoughtful and be ready to help. Once I want to modify my stay due to cancelled flight. They helped to talk to manager and got approval. Another time, I wanted to have early check in and they replied very quickly and gave me the prepared room in the morning.

A special thank-you goes to Adam, who was exceptionally attentive, kind, and consistently helpful throughout (and before) our visit. His professionalism and warm approach truly elevated the experience. The room was exactly as shown in the photos: stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was a highlight as well, featuring a wonderful bathtub and luxurious Penhaligon’s toiletries, which added an unexpected touch of indulgence. Room service was excellent, and their pizza was surprisingly delicious. Another standout was the hotel gym. Considering how basic hotel gyms usually are, BoHo’s is impressively well-equipped and ended up being one of the best parts of our stay in Budapest. Overall, BoHo Hotel combines great service, authentic hospitality, and quality amenities. We left with only positive impressions and will gladly return.

The design and cleanliness of the bathroom was amazing, overall a very luxurious feel. Polite staff, great stay and would come again!
