Very clean and refreshing rooms and overall hotel. Hospitable, smiling and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread with tasty food. Superb location with lift for train station adjacent to it and hotel also provided free pass for local travel. Sight seeing places nearby. Overall We had a very good experience and I will surely stay here on my next visit.

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

O chuveiro também. Todas as roupas de cama são de linho. Super fácil de chegar, pois tem a linha 4 de ônibus que para na frente. O lugar fica em frente ao estádio do Lugano. Adoraria ter ficado mais tempo, porém reservei apenas uma noite em Lugano.

Everything! The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. The apartment is perfectly clean, instructions to get there were very clear, all is new and has all necessary to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen with full appliances plus essentials like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. Would definitely stay there again!
