Fantastic staff, spotlessly clean facilities , comfortable beds, homelike setting, quiet, steps to the train station and a great breakfast. What more to add other than the best stay during our 4 week trip to 4 different countries. Andy and his staff make you feel like family and ensure you are well taken care of. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave and could not find fault with anything. We would return and highly recommend.

Situato sulle rive del Lago di Zugo, nel centro storico dell'omonima città, l'Hotel Löwen am See offre camere con aria condizionata, vista panoramica sul lago e sui monti, e un ristorante. The hotel was very very nice, my room too. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the people at the reception. The view is very nice, giving italian vibes. The breakfast was very nice too. Overall service 10/10

The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.
