Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. Its location is excellent, the room is comfortable and spacious, and the service provided by Hannah at the front desk is particularly attentive and considerate. Although there was a slight smell of smoke on the floor, Hannah promptly informed the staff to deal with it. I believe this situation will be improved in the future. I will definitely stay here again next time. Hotel offered late checking-out at 2pm.

What truly elevates Savhe Hotel, however, is its people. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and warm. A very special mention goes to Mr. Robin, SAVHE’s Operations Manager, whose dedication and sense of hospitality went far beyond expectations. From before our arrival and throughout our stay, he ensured everything was seamless, thoughtful, and perfectly arranged. Mr. Robin personally attended to our needs and made us feel genuinely at home — not as guests, but as valued individuals. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Conveniently located in Shenzhen, Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. We arrived at the hotel on May 6th 2025, and we have to say that we’ve never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere on our travels. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and their positive attitude made us feel truly special from the very first moment. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names, but we are very grateful for their care. The whole hotel left a great impression on us – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

As other reviews have mentioned, the location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—it’s situated directly above Jingtian Station on Line 2, making it perfect for getting around the city with ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Attractively situated in the Luohu district of Shenzhen, CM Serviced Apartment Shenzhen Dongmen is situated 2 km from Shenzhen Railway Station Luohu, 5 km from Shenzhen Stadium and 6 km from Shenzhen... Great location, service, breakfast, everything was fantastic. Nice and clean hotel, we are very satisfied. Friendly staff, perfect for a few days stay.

Well situated in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen, DoubleTree By Hilton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel & Residences is set 7.6 km from He Xiangning Art Museum, 8.6 km from Happy Valley Theme Park Shenzhen and... Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.

Park Hyatt Shenzhen is conveniently situated in the centre of Shenzhen, and features a bar and free WiFi. I love to stayed in the hotel. All staff were great. Thank you so much for everything.
