We loved the fact that this is a different hotel formula compared to any other more standard 5 star hotel. Very new, tasty, modern design. The style is very wellness focused, and that can be found in every single detail. Fantastic stay! The rooms are beautiful, very large, ean and design, including tech details that make your stay ultimate relaxing. The staff is great, truly going the extra mile. Robin the manager is fantastic, speaks fluent English and always helpful- arranging taxis, giving city reco’s, etc. The robots are fun!

We arrived at the hotel on May 6th 2025, and we have to say that we’ve never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere on our travels. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and their positive attitude made us feel truly special from the very first moment. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names, but we are very grateful for their care. The whole hotel left a great impression on us – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.
