One of the most unique apartments I've stayed in - not only pretty but also functional, it had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to the clear instructions from the host (I especially appreciated the photos included). The apartment is located in the attic of a very beautiful house, you can even learn a bit about its history as you climb the stairs :)

The cozy apartment (with kitchen) had everything we needed. The room was very clean with a very nice and large bathroom. The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

The Hostess was incredibly friendly! It was the first time that staying for one night not in ****/***** hotel, I was offered a free of charge beer upon arrival. Very tasty breakfast buffet. When leaving, the Hostess offered us free sandwiches for our onward journey!

Pension Langerspacher situa-se em Grabenstätt, a 22 km de Arena Max Aicher e a 26 km de Palácio de Herrenchiemsee. The owners/managers gave us an excellent breakfast and while language was a bit difficult sometimes, the mother (don’t know which her name was) went out of her way to engage us in conversation in spite of the fact my German is poor and her English non-existent. Her daughter was very attentive and, when I asked for a few extra towels, the house cleaner was very friendly and obliging. All-in-all, this place ended up being a very nice place to stay. Loved the beautiful stairway!

The location is great, just outside of the city but there are no cars and you can leave your kids play around. There are many kids facilities, including indoor kids room which is great. The rooms are clean and we'll equipped with what you need. There is a small kitchen, very well equipped. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was good. The kids really liked that there closiness to animals - cows, horses, bunnies.
