We spent two nights here while we were hiking the Quilatoa Loop. This is an amazing place to stay in Chugchilan. You will feel so welcomed by the family who owns the hostel - they are so kind and gracious and make you feel so comfortable and at home. The vegetarian meals were huge and delicious and there was banana bread available all day as well as coffee and tea. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. The cat Theresa is so friendly and the sweetest little boy lives here!!

Cuscungo Cotopaxi Hostel & Lodge tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y bar en Chasqui. Everything! This lodge is the only place to stay if you’re coming to Cotopaxi. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The meals were fantastic, the fire place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water is hot, the location is easy to get to via local buses from Quito, the day tour to Cotopaxi is great and affordable and the property is quiet. It ticks every box!

Llullu Llama Mountain Lodge tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Hacienda Provincia. It is clean, in a nice location, the place is just as it is shown in the pictures. very good place to spend the night after a little hike as the first stop in the Quilotoa Loop. Nice breakfast and dinner included. It might seem a bit expensive for a hostel, but it was totally worth it. Gio and the rest team were very attentive and made everything to make me feel good. Jacuzzi and sauna are amazing for preparing yourself for the upcoming hiking days.

Hostal el Vaquero tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Chugchilán. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, terraza y zona de juegos infantil. Lovely clean facilities and a large room. Victor was an attentive host and nothing was too much trouble. He even took the time to talk us through the route for our onward walk. Food was first class and a delicious packed lunch was provided at a reasonable price

Liked everything! Amazing value for money :) lovely large room with a view, the hosts, the food…large communal area with a fire and even more views.

Fantastic cosy family run place, Fernando the owner made sure we get everything we need and arrange our magnificent tour to Cotopaxi. The food by the fireplace was the best we ever had. We Sorry we couldn't stay longer. We would certainly come back.
