It was a pleasant uphill walk to the old town. The host Lucia was so kind and friendly. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Fresh orange juice, coffee, coffee cake, fruit, buttered toast, and hard boiled egg all for five euro. The room was spacious and very clean. It was easy to find a parking spot along the road.

Breakfast is delivered to your room in a beautiful basket laden with delicious croissants, fruit, cheese, etc. The bathroom is modern and luxurious: an extra perk is the shower gel that’s scented with honey and local flowers. All of the staff are welcoming. Overall, a charming and unique accommodation.

I picked up the keys at a tiny mercado, which was near to a slightly bigger one, which I went to first. They were kind at both places and helped straighten me out. The place was very cute and had way more than I needed for one night alone. Because it was so hot, I ended up sleeping on the futon in the living room where the A/C is. It was actually very comfy. I spent most of the next day in Cuenca, and they let me store my bags at the mercado. And then, despite a language barrier, they helped me call a taxi when I was struggling to call one. I felt very taken care of on my first solo overnight anywhere in Europe.

The host is a wonderful gentleman who came over within a few minutes with his friend a tech, to arrange the AC remote control. AC worked perfectly mind you. This property has easy safe parking around 12m away across the road. The host suggested a great place to eat, and we enjoyed it. He was very helpful. This was a super stay!

Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend für 4 Erwachsene. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Gastgeber Paola und Mario waren sehr nett und haben viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Veranstaltungen gegeben.
