Though staff is not available during night time, had clear instructions and emergency contacts. Did not have to use any.

Great location on a quiet plaza used by locals with trees, a fountain, and a children's playground. Several live music venues, dozens of restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes, and a string of other gorgeous fountain plazas within blocks--but quiet here! A couple blocks to the Cathedral and center of city. Walking distance to the interesting neighborhoods and sites. Our room was spacious, nice kitchenette (including espresso maker and coffee), comfy couch, & separate bedroom with comfy bed. In a historic building---a "palace" built in 1620--around a fountain courtyard, now covered! Owners (generally there in am) were generous with their help: recommendations to sites, restaurants, live music, transportation, and healthcare. Like family. If you arrive before check-in time (as we did) you can enter with a code they provide and store your luggage in a storeroom (also secured with a code). We'll be back!
