Search accommodation in Franche-Comté

On arrival we met the owner who explained the basics about the accommodation and the check out procedures.The apartment is in a perfect position, right next to the pedestrian area of Montbeliard and has everything one may need for a short stay. We left our car in their private parking and walked everywhere. If you arrive by car, the entrance to the private parking lot is not on the main street, but right next to the Scorpio pizzeria. Follow the instructions with the photo that the owner will send you.

The accommodation is in an amazing grand set of buildings that’s a UNESCO site. Totally unique and quirky place to stay but not really a hotel. There are large gardens around the outside which you can use during the evening for a picnic when the site is closed to save driving out to find a restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay in Belfort! The hosts are available, responsive. The accommodation is close to the center. A parking space is available at no extra charge, which is very practical for people on the move, like me. The bed is comfortable.

lovely property, room was in the old stable block, lovely and clean, all the facilities you’d need,very comfortable bed and excellent shower.Sat in the garden of the property on arrival and the owners very kindly gave us a drink,and later on brought us out a glass of wine each.Short walk along the river and there is a lovely bar/ restaurant by the bridge into town, sat there and watched the sun go down by the river.Loved it, would certainly stay there again on our return from our holidays.

Good value, simple accommodation. Good food, local ingredients, attentive staff. This explains why we stayed here again.
