Located on the Ile d’Oleron, the Hotel Île De Lumière offers direct access to the beach. It has an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and many other facilities. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and lovely decor. The pool looked wonderful, but a little too cold for a swim.

We could walk out of the property, and the sea and shops were just around the corner. We had a top floor gite , which was self contained, with our own private balcony. It was more than what we expected. We wished we could have stayed longer. The cycling routes around the island are great. We will definitely come back and stay at the same accommodation. Located in the heart of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, Hôtel Les Pins - Oléron offers en suite accommodation, a terrace and a bar. The sea is just 100 metres from the hotel. Great location Excellent staff Beautiful views from our room including to the Friday night fireworks! Nice as base for walking, cycling and driving round the island

This hotel is situated in its own Mediterranean-style gardens on Oleron Island. It offers a heated swimming pool and is just 900 metres from beaches on the French Atlantic coast. The accommodation was excellent and the beds very comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and always being topped up. We often had the pool to ourselves and there were plenty of sun beds available. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel Face Aux Flots is located in La Cotinière on the Ile d’Oleron, just 30 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the fishing port. Absolutely great location within walking distance to the centre and restaurants. Parking perfect just across the street. The owners very nice and welcoming. The hotel and room nice and clean… just perfect!!
