Lovely friendly host, very clean house, you have use of a sitting room and small kitchen and there was tea and coffee available for guests, a lovely touch. Location was perfect for me, as it is near friends, but it's only a few mins drive from town.

Beautiful home, really comfortable bed with the most amazing soft sheets. Host provided a delicious continental breakfast and could not have been more pleasant.

This lovely house was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 adults and a 14month old baby. Everything was provided for us. Location was fantastic too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Lynster House in Monaghan has 5-star accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. Wow, Elizabeth, you have a gem of a property located close to town with lovely surrounding countryside. We arrived extremely late at night and you were there to welcome us, as tired as we were, we could not have asked for a better welcome. We had a wonderful room with all amenities and bathroom needs waiting for us. A wonderful night's sleep was had on a very comfortable bed. On our two days stay Elizabeth prepared a very personal breakfast for us each morning that was to die for. We left well fed for the day. With nice grounds to sit out in the sunshine or the guests personal reading room, adequate on-site parking. We wished we could have stopped longer but we had to head off to a certain Golf tournament that was being held at Royal Portrush. We look forward to returning at the first opportunity. Offering a restaurant, Riverbank, Country Pub and Guesthouse is located in the countryside 10 minutes’ drive from Carrickmacross. Gorgeous area and building, easily accessible, food was fantastic, very comfy beds, and the service was wonderful. Very cozy and lovely!

Opposite the Beechill College, The Meadows Bed and Breakfast is just 2 minutes' walk from the Hillgrove Hotel and 8 minutes' walk from Monaghan town centre. Free WiFi access is available. Hosts very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom squeaky clean and great breakfast. Good location but quiet to allow good sleep
