This is the best hotel in our entire trip in Italy. The hotel itself and the service is top-notched!

Elegant, stylish, functional and comfortable, super friendly staff who truly think of their clients (I had to wait for my bus and they had absolutely no issue with checking out right in time, this is truly exceptional), great view from the room, beautiful garden with fantastic view, clean, clean, clean..! What else one would need? I really loved this place. Before moving to this hotel, I was staying in another one with more stars but with much less of everything wanted and was provided by Palazzo Ravizza.

The wine tasting was excellent. The food in the restaurant was superior. The breakfast each morning was the best we had our entire Italian trip. The wait staff were wonderful and very comforting. Mony and Happi were lovely and very helpful
