Its location was very good and the garden is magnificent. Room was very clean apart from the floor that wasn't mopped. Staff was very helpfull and gave a short guide of the town.

We stayed in 4 different properties on our trip to Tuscany and Palazzo Pacini was our favorite. We highly recommend “The Dutchess” room. Waking up to that view everyday was just magical. The layout of Colle di Val d’Elsa is a bit different than many other Tuscan towns, quite long and narrow, but the scenery is beautiful.
