One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Stay in clean, comfortable rooms. Bijou Hotel provides warm furnishings and wood floors. The property is great located centrally with many options for food or drink drinks within our walking distance. Same with access to supermarket. The breakfast included a lot of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms feature a satellite TV and a minibar. All accommodation is en suite. Some junior suites are complete with a traditional wood-burning stove. The warm welcome we received, especially from Martina in her lovely traditional dress, made us feel right at home. Our room had a beautiful mountain view and was tastefully decorated with antique wooden touches. It was comfortable and well-equipped with an electric kettle, tea and coffee, and a TV with Sky channels. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet at the restaurant, where the staff were friendly and served us with genuine smiles. The hotel offers free outdoor parking, as well as a garage for €20 per night. They also have a nice spa, although we didn’t get the chance to try it.
