The rooms are clean and nicely decorated , very good maintenance of all the hotel's facilities. Although the rooms are not too big , there is a place for everything. Very comfortable bed for a good sleep. The spa / onsen is perfect , clean , very organized and well kept. Truly recommended !

We stayed at Fenix West in a 3-bedroom unit as a family of five and had a peaceful, relaxing stay. The area is quiet and a bit removed from the hustle and bustle, which we appreciated. There isn’t much around, but there is a Lawson about 700 meters downhill for basic needs. Special mention to Dorothy at the front desk—she was fantastic! Always smiling, very approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great recommendations for dining and assisted with reservations and arranging transportation. Her warm and accommodating service really made a difference. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a calm and comfortable getaway
