Every time I came and went, they greeted me warmly, always ready with helpful advice and a genuine interest in hearing about my day. I only stayed for two days, but somehow, returning to the hotel to share my experiences with the hosts became one of the most memorable parts of my trip.

But what was exceptional was they were the ones to inform us that we left our device, iPad, at their hotel and they strive very hard to give it back to us since we have left for Tokyo already.
