The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, too. Very new and modern, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, will give you a good night sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommended Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier.

Absolutely love the beautiful oriental interior with Kyoto traditional decor elements of the hotel. The room is well set up with great amenities (and a wonderful mini bar), love the bathtub. I slept so well in the room as it is very quiet. If you love Thai massage this hotel will be a plus as they have a Thai spa. Restaurants provide both Japanese & Thai food (and very good). Lounge areas are great comfortable and spacious work areas for meetings. Most of the hotel staff speak English so it was very easy to communicate our needs.

Amazing design, very clean, stylish and well-thought rooms. Lots of details that made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We stayed at Hollywood corner room, it was rather spacious for Japan. Nice sleeping robes provided by the hotel. Would love to buy them🫶🏻 The breakfasts were also delicious, good value for money. Also the location is just perfect. We also loved the guide provided by the staff with suggestions on food places and tourist attractions, including shops. Bought chopsticks in the shop they recommended!

The amenities are complete. It is walkable to rinku outlet which is great to spend the day! Its just 1 stop from the airport too. Its a good place for transit!

It's perfectly located within walking distance from the train station, restaurants, bars and many of the sites we wanted to visit in Kyoto. It's located on a quite and quaint street. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I also love that they are an eco-friendly hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends planning to visit Kyoto.
