They took care of every small thing we needed and beyond that. They guided us through all the necessary details of the town, gave us a short tour of the town and also dropped and picked us up from the ski resort. The entire property has floor heating and was so clean, comfortable and cozy. I am really thankful to them for all the efforts they have made to make our trip a memorable one.

Papa was so lovely. It was a beautiful traditional guest house. I had breakfast too and it was lovely. I also really appreciated lifts too and from ski school and to the train station. It was honestly such a beautiful stay and I will be back. For any solo travellers, it was a very family vibe and I felt very welcome. Thank you Papa!

Adamo Akakura está muy bien situado en el barrio de Akakura Onsen, Myoko, a 36 km de Estación de Nagano, a 44 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani y a 46 km de Zoológico de Suzaka. It's brand new and the location is great, the staff are amazing and the quilts were the best ever. Big thanks the Grace, Oscar, Noah, Charlie, Lucy and the rest of the staff.

I stayed here once during ski season last year and had such a great time that I decided to stay again this year when I visited Myoko. The lodge has been stylishly renovated, and the dining area in particular is a great place to relax while taking in the view. The tatami rooms are equipped with cute low tables, giving them a Japanese feel. The futons and pillows are also comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The loungewear provided in each room was very comfortable, and my friend liked it so much that she researched where to buy some when she got home! There are also separate large public baths for men and women, allowing us to relax and unwind. The staff were also very helpful and kind when we needed assistance. During ski season, the lift to the gondola is right across the lodge, making this the perfect location for skiing and snowboarding. There are only a few restaurants open within walking distance during winter time. Most of them are owned by a Australians.

It definitely have rooms enough for more than 4 pax. The location is also great. It is within 10-25 minutes drive to ski resorts around Myoko. There are great restaurants nearby too. Myoko coffee is also just 4 min drive away for great coffee.

Location: Technically its a ski-in property - possible to ski from the top of the Akakura Kanko resort and all the way to the front door, if you know where to go.. And to get up to the slopes its a 5min walk to get to the ticket booth. 4. Unparalleled knowledge of the resorts across the Myoko mountain, as all of the staff are on the mountain when they’re not working. 5. Amazing breakfast - all the things you need in a continental breakfast, but with slight variety every day making you look forward to it.
