The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. They provide a variety of information and recommendations and really try their best through the language barrier. Location was very close to a number of resorts (we also had a car). Breakfast was very filling and at a great price. The host also has access to discounted tickets for resorts in the area. We were very sad to leave.

Pension Moomin Papa is a very cute and cosy home from home. It was very warm with lovely underfloor heating, clean and tidy. You can order home cooked breakfast and dinner. The other travellers were nice and friendly. I loved my stay here!

Kogakuro asub rahulikus maastikus ning pakub meeldivaid Jaapani stiilis tube, kus on palju loomulikku valgust. Mieko-san and the rest of the team are super! It was well organized and breakfast + dinner are tasty. The room is big and comfortable with nice mountain view.. Close to the ski lift and there are many restaurants around. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Situated in Myoko in the Niigata region, Hachiko Inn features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was super friendly, gave some good recommendations and helped us with everything. Madaraon is a very lovely mountain town. We would come again!!

Great facilities, everything brand new and very clean. So good having a washing machine too. Staff were very helpful.

Conveniently situated in the Akakura Onsen district of Myoko, Adamo Akakura is situated 36 km from Nagano Station, 44 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park and 46 km from Suzaka City Zoo. It's brand new and the location is great, the staff are amazing and the quilts were the best ever. Big thanks the Grace, Oscar, Noah, Charlie, Lucy and the rest of the staff.

Located 32 km from Zenkoji Temple, Itadaki Chalet provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Felt very homely.

Located within 29 km of Zenkoji Temple and 31 km of Nagano Station, SLEEEP JP Myoko provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Myoko. Easy walk to the lifts and hire spots. Near the bus stop. Helpful staff who also spoke English. Felt closer to a Japanese experience than any other accomodation we’ve had. Good boot room and drying room.

Situated in Myoko and only 29 km from Zenkoji Temple, 町宿Oranchi kisetsu features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nice sizable home with many amenities provided. Well-equipped kitchen and amazing bath. The views are also quite nice.

Kolmetärnihotell Seifuso At Myoko asub Myokos, Zenkoji templist 34 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on baar. Nagano jaam on umbes 36 km, Suzaka loomaaed 46 km ja Jigokudani ahvipark 46 km kaugusel. 1. The friendliest staff I’ve met - greetings with big smiles at all hours of the day, and with a cold beer waiting for you to end a long ski-day. Even lent me a pair of their personal ski-goggles when mine failed. 2. Super chill room, comfy bed and couch where you can stare at the snow falling outside big windows all day or head up to the ski slopes. 3. Location: Technically its a ski-in property - possible to ski from the top of the Akakura Kanko resort and all the way to the front door, if you know where to go.. And to get up to the slopes its a 5min walk to get to the ticket booth. 4. Unparalleled knowledge of the resorts across the Myoko mountain, as all of the staff are on the mountain when they’re not working. 5. Amazing breakfast - all the things you need in a continental breakfast, but with slight variety every day making you look forward to it.
