We are from the US and loved the cultural experience. The onsen was amazing, and so was the meals! Loved breakfast and dinner. Above and beyond!! Tatami mat bedroom also loved.

The Japanese senior couple managing the pension are genuinely the sweetest people we could have dreamed of. Moomin Papa picked us up at the station at arrival and dropped us off (super early in the morning) after checkout. He drove us and the other guests in the morning to the ski resorts nearby and was also willing to pick us up in the afternoon. He was also great at giving dinner recommendations. The pension is simple and welcoming, breakfast is great and all we needed for a full day on the slopes. The onsen is a bit old but we didn’t mind. If you have very long hair it could take a while to dry with the available hairdryer - just to keep in mind. Rooms are nice and warm and the beds are comfortable. WiFi works well. Overall I would say it was a beautiful stay, the hosts and their care in everything they did made the experience 100 times better. Highly recommend!

Awesome cultural experience, convient to some of the best powder skiing, onsen soak after day of skiing, all staff - from the kindest owner to her Japanese and seasonal team from Australia was so helpful... overall the best!

Adamo Akakura is gunstig gelegen in de wijk Akakura Onsen in Myoko, en bevindt zich op 36 km van station Nagano, 44 km van Jigokudani Monkey Park en 46 km van Suzaka Zoo. It's brand new and the location is great, the staff are amazing and the quilts were the best ever. Big thanks the Grace, Oscar, Noah, Charlie, Lucy and the rest of the staff.

Itadaki Chalet ligt op 32 km van Zenkō-ji Tempel, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Very hospitable and comfortable stay at Itadaki Chalet. Although we were only there for a quick 3 nights, our stay was so homely and we felt so welcome. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in visiting myoko Kogen

夢冒険 is gelegen in Myoko in de regio Niigata en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Er is ook een magnetron en waterkoker aanwezig. If you're looking for a local experience with ski in ski out facilities and a cozy atmosphere, this is the place! The couple that owned the lodge were very kind and welcoming. They spoke a little English and with my minimal Japanese we were able to communicate. We stayed for 3 nights in the 'Twin Room with mountain view', and it was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities were always clean and empty when I wanted to use them! The shower was in the basement level, so 2 floors below the room level, but there were toilet / sink facilities on the room level so it was all good. There was also a shared fridge, kettle, and microwave. The meals were lovely! We opted to do breakfast daily (2k yen pp) and dinner for 2 nights (4k yen pp.) It did not disappoint! Note that it is a set time... (7:30am and 6pm) so the food is fresh and individualised. We booked the meals when checking in. Also, there was plenty of room for parking. We would stay again! They have a little bungalow too (listed as a "tent", but it's more a cabin) if you want something with your own bathroom facilities.

SLEEEP JP Myoko ligt op 29 km van Zenkō-ji Tempel en 31 km van station Nagano, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning en een gedeelde badkamer in Myoko. Easy walk to the lifts and hire spots. Near the bus stop. Helpful staff who also spoke English. Felt closer to a Japanese experience than any other accomodation we’ve had. Good boot room and drying room.

町宿Oranchi kisetsu bevindt zich in Myoko, op 29 km van Zenkō-ji Tempel en 30 km van station Nagano, in een omgeving waar je kunt skiën. The house is spacious for a family of 4. It definitely have rooms enough for more than 4 pax. The location is also great. It is within 10-25 minutes drive to ski resorts around Myoko. There are great restaurants nearby too. Myoko coffee is also just 4 min drive away for great coffee.
