Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

Really nice family. Grandpa and Grandma don't speak English but the little grand kid came to help. Everyone was super friendly. The beautiful rooms are new or at least they look like it. I had a balcony with sea view which was really nice. I went to a really nice little spot to swim 'Borova žuma beach' in the morning which is tucked away to the south of Ulcinj. You can drive there, at least in middle of June, and find plenty of car parks.

Our stay at this seaside hotel in Ulcinj was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. For the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely come back!

It is 1m away from the house / your balcony. In June 2024 everything new. Design super nice - as shown on pictures. Family running the hotel is super friendly. They have super tips for things to do / where to eat - yet the restaurant next door is marvelleous - also highly recommended. The road (if you take the 2nd road coming from then north - don’t take the 1st exit as recommended by google maps) is absolutely okay - yes it’s one lane and you need to drive back a bit if you meet another car

The room had a double bed and two single beds. There were two refrigerators which were great for storing food. We bought fruits and vegetables from a lady on the corner at the top of the road, so very convenient. The village centre is about a 15 minute walk with clothes, food, and entertainment. The beach is about a 15 minute walk too but through some bushes or boggy land in the sun, so can take longer. Probably the closest you'll get to the beach. But it is the best beach of the long beach. The nicest people working at the bar. A storm passed through and took the electricity out. The beach bar sheltered us, and the electricity was fixed by the people in the accommodation and local area by the time we got back to the room! Really helpful owner, communicating and answering to any questions and issues we had. Nice little patio area (although not fully private). A little playground for kids. We even saw wild turtles!

The city is not too far as well.
