The breakfast was nice! Heather laid out breakfast foods the night before. For my particular night, it included a fresh pineapple, granola, milk, coffee, croissants. Thank you SO much for allowing me to do laundry before I boarded the ferry the next morning! That made life a lot easier. I would have had to wear my cleanest, dirty.... ____ for the 3.5 hour port ride + 8 hour drive to Auckland. :-) Also 30 minutes to the Ferry in Picton with a much better price for accommodations! The dog barks a little bit (harmless), but very friendly each time you get to know him. ;-)

The location is perfect: right next to everything, with a parking lot close by. The room was so comfortable and functional, containing everything we could probably wish for, and beautifully designed. But above all the owners, are super communicative and nice. Vicky especially, came back late to meet us, since we arrived after hours. When we asked about laundry, she simply asked us to bring it over, and within a couple of hours we got everything back clean. Its the small things that show care and made a huge difference for us. Thank you Vicky!
