The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. There’s an elevator to take you up to the 7th floor. If you’re looking for a place with reasonable price and good comfort, you should pick up the Everest Hotel. Regarding not having breakfast included, which I knew when I booked it, I would say it’s not problem since you can find many places around to have a quick breakfast or you can have it while taking some of the tours offered by the travel agencies. Most of the tours include a stop for breakfast while going to your destination.

The owners/staff were super helpful with our plans while in Huaraz, including where to go shopping for some warmer clothes and helped us with an acclimitisation plan. The room was basic but spacious and the breakfasts were fantastic. Good WiFi throughout the property and cheap laundry! We did a few day trips organised via the hostel which were all well run and good value for money.

Guests will be served a complimentary breakfast buffet daily, consisting of freshly ground, roasted and brewed coffee, fruits, seasonal vegetables and eggs. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. All the plants, the complimentary breakfast, the business’ and staffs’ transparency in how they operate, our room was very nice, and the staff was very nice. It was very easy to enter and we loved the private balcony and the communal dining area. Oh and the fire was lovely.

The facilities are kept very clean but most importantly Ana and Romél are simply the nicest people! From asking when I wanted breakfast, to helping me out with advice regarding things around town, they even let me hang out all day prior to my night bus (used the bathrooms, drank the common room tea/coffee, etc)- even refusing my money when I insisted. Gracious and very respectable people that run this establishment...

They arranged everything for us during our stay (good price), including tours, earlier breakfast etc. Also had a (very) early check in after a night bus. Location directly in the city center with the street market in the same street, but no noise. Hotel is just perfect to stay in Huaraz.
