Situato a Salazie, a 4,1 km da Cirque de Salazie, Au sommet des Salazes prevede una sala comune, un parcheggio privato gratuito e una terrazza. House is new, clean and spacious. It is up a very steep slope so we parked at the bottom after one attempt. Three bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. One of each upstairs and downstairs. There was never a problem or a queue. Dishwasher and washing machine available. Samantha is super and if dinner is offered and one of you speaks and understands French, it is really worth spending an evening with her and her family chatting while you eat her interesting and different Creole based food. A great way to find out about the way of life on Reunion and their plans. Near to Hellbourg and surrounding areas. Spectacular views.

Great location for hiking several trails in the area and for checking out town without actually being in town. Very comfortable stay, nicely appointed kitchen. Great having a washing machine and a dishwasher! Not many noisy dogs/roosters in the area and those that were tended to be only during daylight hours (if you stay on any of the islands this becomes important!) The house is in good repair and very good sized for two.

Mario and Michelle are such good hosts, and really enjoy having guests. The food they prepared for us was superb, as was the home made Rum punch of many flavours.

We arrived late, in the clouds, and we woke up in paradise. 360 degree view, fantastic! The hosts were very nice and knowledgeable- they helped us with all the information and where to have dinner. We had the breakfast on the terrace, delicious and with a lot to eat; they accommodated it with dietary requirements.

Villa Le Jacaranda è una struttura con giardino a Salazie, a 22 km da Cirque de Mafate. The house is even nicer than on the pictures. Apart from two spacious bedrooms and a living room there is a nice study. The view from the house is amazing. All the furniture is of very high quality and really tasteful. We didn’t miss anything when it comes to equipment. The sharing library, where you can leave a book and take another is a very nice and original idea. The host is very kind and reactive.

The host is super friendly and thoughtful. Nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beautiful view from the garden and close to many nice hikes. We had an amazing stay, way too short!

People indeed make a difference, and that's why we would return without hesitation. The warmth we experienced from Fissa, Antoine, and Tom was incredible! We felt genuinely welcomed and enjoyed two superb dinners with them. Sharing the table with other guests, we engaged in delightful conversations, although our french was almost not existing, and savored a glass (or two) of rum. Unforgettable! A special thank you to Tom, who provided unwavering support throughout our stay. Even when we faced a memory storage issue, he came to our rescue (and sacrificed his sleep ^^). The next little house is approximately 50 meters away, ensuring ample privacy. Ours even had a Jacuzzi, a delightful addition after a hike. We adore animals, so it was charming to see a lovely dog and a donkey strolling around. While the house and its furnishings weren't extravagant, they had everything you needed and, most importantly, were impeccably clean.
