Located in the centre of Predeal, Hotel Carmen offers free access to the spa centre. You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... Hotel is very nicely decorated, clean and available in all areas. Room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us, with TV in both rooms. Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries were available in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and good service in the restaurant. Hotel is located close to ski slopes in Predeal (~15 minutes walk), close to train station, supermarket, other restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — it’s on a very quiet street, so there is no traffic noise at all. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very clean. ​It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated how warm it was inside; having a thermostat to adjust the temperature was a huge plus. The mountain views from the windows and the balcony were stunning! The bathroom was also quite large and comfortable. ​Nature lovers will enjoy the forest, which is just a few minutes' walk away. Regarding the location: there is parking available right by the hotel. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the ski slopes and 30 minutes to the nearest grocery store. I highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful getaway!

The staff was incredibly polite and the villa was extremely clean and well organised, we really enjoyed our stay here. The villa has a lot of amenities, including a restaurant and a barbecue spot (which we really loved), the place was quiet and it is the perfect place for a city break.
