I had an incredible experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s attention to detail and friendliness stood out—they were always ready to assist with anything I needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every corner of the space felt fresh and well-maintained. The capsules themselves were perfectly designed for comfort and privacy, providing a cozy, peaceful escape after a day exploring the city. The communal areas were equally spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax or connect with fellow travelers. Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. If you’re visiting Singapore and looking for an affordable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean, has everything you might possibly need. 2 steps from Chinatown metro station. Really easy to get from the airport. Has 2 metro lines. Really quick and smooth check in. I worried a bit about it, so all the management group (Mary, Maica and Yani) wrote to me and waited for me. Thanks to their messages I felt very safe and protected, specially because I travel alone. As a benefit my deposit was released the same day of the departure! Great! Thank you very much, I definitely would stay at your place next time 🤗

I enjoy staying at apartment-style hotels like HC, as they provide essential amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a mini kitchenette (microwave and fridge) and a dehumidifier, which make a big difference and offer a relaxing getaway from chaos. While the room is compact, the smart layout makes it feel cozy and practical rather than claustrophobic, with ample space to store luggage under the bed. Thank you to the Bugis team, Mae, Divina, and Dolly, for the thoughtful service and for ensuring everything was well taken care of from check-in and throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nestled amongst the bustling street area of Chinatown and South Bridge Road, Heritage Collection on Chinatown - Mobile App Check-In offers guests a respite from the buzz in their apartment. I really loved the location! In the heart of Chinatown, and close enough to Marina Bay! In addition, Carms, Mary and Maica were very helpful for my early arrival, and so comprehensive! The app system is easy, and everything is very fluid thanks to communication with staff through Whatsapp.

Nestled along tree-lined Orchard Boulevard, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is an oasis of calm in the heart of the city. I was traveling with my wife and 2 children, and requested an extra single bed for my older child when booking. After learning about my children's ages, the hotel thoughtfully added two extra beds for our comfort. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, especially our room attendant Tim, who thoughtfully anticipated our needs and proactively offered assistance, making us feel right at home in a foreign country. If I have the chance to return to Singapore, I'll definitely stay at the Four Seasons Singapore again!
