It has a very useful and comfortable private sauna bath for two persons in the room. Unbelievable place!

The house itself has everything you could possibly want, is beautiful and clean, but what truly distinguished this property were the hosts. Natasa and her husband went above and beyond with simply everything. Starting with a warm and homey welcome, to responding to all of questions with not just answers but every possible thoughtful thing we needed. For example, they provided slippers and robes when we asked about the (huge and fabulous) sauna that were sized to our feet and came in to put water in the steamer regularly. I have stayed at many interesting and fantastic properties, but the warmth and thoughtfulness of these two were truly special. We loved them so much that we both stopped our cars when we saw each other on the road as we were leaving just to say goodbye warmly in person. Located within 20 km of Miramare Castle and 23 km of Trieste Train Station in Komen, Prenočišča v Kraški Hiši provides accommodation with seating area. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water, good pressure, and very comfortable bed. Due to the May Day holiday the kitchen was not open. There is another pizza restaurant down the street that was open so we were able to get dinner and drinks. It was a bit disappointing that we were unable to take advantage of the amenities of the property. We travel by bicycle and were disappointed to not be able to get any food at the local grocery store either due to it being closed. I would recommend this property.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.... Siisti, kaunis pieni asunto, jossa oli iso parveke/kattoterassi. Todella hyvä autotalli. Lähellä muutama hyvä ravintola, kauppa ja kahvila. Kaikki tarpeelliset palvelut 100m säteellä. Asunto oli hiljainen. Täydellinen yöpymispaikka Euroopan automatkalla. Paljon nähtävyyksiä (luolia, hevostalleja yms.) lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja asiantuntevaa.

Set in Dutovlje, 19 km from Trieste Train Station, G House offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We had a two-room apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the vineyards. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with the owners while we were there. We had the added breakfast and it was amazing! G House was super nice and a good location for exploring the area’s wineries and farms. I recommend.

Exceptional accommodation, impeccable cleanliness and a beautiful surrounding area. Everything was functional and designed for complete enjoyment. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and accommodating lady. Nearby, you can visit the Škocjan Caves, Postojna Cave, and Predjama Castle – all of which I highly recommend. Definitely our go-to choice whenever our travels bring us this way!

Set within 25 km of Trieste Train Station and 26 km of Piazza Unità d'Italia in Štanjel, Grad Štanjel House offers accommodation with seating area. The apartment was new, clean, had all the amenities. Comfortable bed&pillows. Pretty, modern decoration with nice touches. Great addition was the outside patio, fully equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing: delicious granola, fruit, jam, selection of cured meats - all home made! PS. If you’re there from Thursday to Sunday, do try the Prix Fixe Menu at the restaurant by the same owner. ⭐️

Situated within 25 km of Trieste Train Station and 26 km of Piazza Unità d'Italia in Štanjel, Vila Ana features accommodation with seating area. The hosts Mateija & Mitija were so lovely. We were traveling for my wedding and my grandparents were staying at Vila Ana. Who struggle to get around, however Mitija arranged to pick up my grandparents at the entrance of the castle and take them right up to the door. They were so accommodating and kind. The rooms were adorable and well presented. My family were very happy and comfortable. Highly recommend Vila Ana.
