A shoutout for one of the Customer Relations there, Ms. Buse who welcomed and answered all of our questions there - The size of the room are enough for our family - The meals (all breakfast, lunch and dinner, also coffee break) are all tasty and with huge variations of food. My children love it there. All the workers there were also fast and helpful - The locations of the hotel is great. Only 200m if you want to experience Cable Car to Bursa
