The ski activity was an absolute highlight of our trip. With well-maintained slopes and easy access to ski rentals and instructors, it was an amazing experience for both beginners and seasoned skiers. The hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the snowy adventures right at our doorstep. The all-inclusive food was another standout feature. The buffet spread was vast and offered a delightful mix of Turkish and international cuisine. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and catered to a variety of tastes. One of our favorite spots in the hotel was the hot chocolate station by the fireplace. Sitting by the warm fire, sipping on rich, creamy hot chocolate while watching the snowfall was an unforgettable experience that added to the charm of our stay. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!
